1 monthly rental commission + 10%+VAT/monthly operating fee - this is approximately:

12.700 HUF /month + 1 month rental commission
on an apartment with a rent of 100.000 HUF
16.510 HUF /month + 1 month rental commission
on an apartment with a rent of 130.000 HUF
22.860 HUF /month + 1 month rental commission
on an apartment with a rent of 180.000 HUF
max 25.000 HUF /month + 1 month rental commission
on an apartment with a rent of 200.000 HUF
... for less than the price of a coffee per day!

AirBnB management

AirBnB and any other touristic apartment management fee: 26% + 5% VAT = 27,3%

You're better off in the short term!

(Please mind that higher profits are accompanied also by higher depreciation of the apartment, while not all apartments are suitable for AirBnB operation depending on location and equipment.)

Renovation coordination services

Coordination of renovation, painting and interior design works, processing requests for proposals and supporting the selection of the best offer: HUF 15,000/hour + VAT
